  One thing I've noticed is always that there are plenty of beliefs regarding the banking companies intentions while talking about foreclosure. One fairy tale in particular would be the fact the bank prefers to have your house. Your banker wants your hard earned money, not your property. They want the cash they loaned you together with interest. Keeping away from the bank will undoubtedly draw any foreclosed summary. Thanks for your article.
